Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging).
- A proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or damaged products.
- Toothbrush heads, Tongue Scraper, and Dental Floss due to hygienic reasons.
- Products purchased on clearance or as part of special promotions.
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Refunds
Refunds are processed in the following cases:
- Product Defects: If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send the correct product.
- Change of Mind: For unused products returned within the 30-day return period, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Warranty Claims
Your Crescent Nest toothbrush comes with a 2-Year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your toothbrush stops functioning within the warranty period:
- Contact us with your proof of purchase.
- If the claim is valid, we’ll replace or repair the item free of charge.
Exclusions from Warranty:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, abrasions, discolouration, or fading).
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
- Brush heads are not covered under warranty.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: With your order details, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return shipping address and detailed instructions.
- Ship the Product: Package the item securely and send it to the provided address. For your security, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items, Crescent Nest will cover return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
