Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries. Crescent Nest is committed to delivering our products efficiently and sustainably to your doorstep.

Shipping Costs

New Zealand:

  • Flat rate of NZD 7.50 per order.
  • Free shipping for orders over NZD 150.

 

Australia:

  • Flat rate of AUD 12.5 per order.
  • Free shipping for orders over AUD 150.

 

International:

  • Flat rate: USD 25.00 per order


Delivery Timeframes

New Zealand:

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

 

International:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days. Remote areas may take longer.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by customs authorities in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient and are beyond Crescent Nest’s control.

  • We will not alter documentation to avoid customs charges or defraud customs authorities.
  • Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods ordered are not prohibited or restricted in the destination country.

Crescent Nest accepts no liability for:

  • Refunds or replacements for goods seized, delayed, or confiscated by customs or government agencies.
  • Import duties or taxes payable on your order.
  • Loss of goods in transit outside New Zealand.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Crescent Nest ensures all shipments are packaged securely. However, if your order is lost or damaged during transit within New Zealand, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
