Care+ Membership Terms & Conditions

1) What Care+ is


Care+ is a monthly membership that (a) keeps you on a 3-month brush-head replacement rhythm and (b) provides handle repair/replace cover while your membership is active, subject to these T&Cs.


Your monthly email is a membership receipt (not a shipment notice). A separate email is sent when a head actually ships, every third month.


2) What you receive

 

  • Replacement heads: We send 1 head about every 3 months (“scheduled delivery”).
  • Handle cover: If your Crescent Nest handle fails under normal use while your membership is active and eligibility requirements are met (see clause 9), we’ll repair or replace it.


3) Eligibility & fit

 

  • Available to customers in New Zealand and Australia.
  • Heads fit Crescent Nest handles only. (They are not designed for other brands.)


4) Billing & price changes


•    Billed monthly to your saved payment method on the same (or closest) calendar day each month.
•    We may update the membership fee with ≥30 days’ notice. You can cancel before the change takes effect.


5) Shipping cadence & method

 

  • First head ships ~3 months after you join. We typically dispatch ~10 days earlier to allow delivery time.
  • Shipments are individually packed and sent via standard mail. For small parcels, standard mail generally has a lower carbon footprint than couriers due to consolidated ground transport and network efficiency.
  • Free shipping for scheduled deliveries within NZ & AU.
  • Need to adjust a ship date? Contact us (date changes aren’t available in the portal).


6) Address & payment updates

 

  • Keep your shipping address and payment details up to date in your account (or contact us for help).
  • If payment fails and can’t be resolved, your membership and upcoming shipment may be paused or cancelled.


7) Pausing, cancelling & refunds

 

  • You may cancel anytime before your next monthly bill. Cancellation stops future billing and shipments.
  • If you cancel after a shipment has been created, that shipment may still dispatch.
  • Membership fees already billed are non-refundable.
  • To delay or bring forward an upcoming head, contact us.


8) What’s in each shipment

 

  • 1 × Crescent Nest replacement head, individually packed.
  • We may refine product specifications over time; please refer to the current product page for the latest details.


9) Handle repair/replace cover (while active)


9.1 Coverage: If your Crescent Nest handle fails under normal use while your Care+ membership is active and paid, we will troubleshoot and, if warranted, repair or replace it at no extra charge for the covered item.


9.2 Eligibility guardrails:

  • Qualifying period: Your Care+ membership must have been active and paid for at least 90 consecutive days immediately before you notify us of a fault.
  • Pauses reset eligibility: Any pause or lapse in payment suspends coverage and resets the 90-day qualifying period. Coverage resumes only after you complete a new 90 consecutive days of active membership.
  • Late joiners: If Care+ is added more than 30 days after the handle was delivered, the same 90-day qualifying period applies before coverage begins.
  • Fair use limit: Maximum one approved handle claim per rolling 12 months per active membership.


9.3 Exclusions: Loss/theft: cosmetic wear; damage from misuse, neglect, impact; immersion beyond rating; unauthorised repair/modification; power faults from non-compliant chargers; use with non-Crescent Nest heads; commercial use.


9.4 Process: We may request photos/video, a short diagnostic, and/or a return of the unit. We may repair your unit, provide a refurbished handle, or supply a new handle of comparable function (colour/model may vary). Coverage ends when the membership ends or is suspended.


9.5 Repair shipping costs:

 

  • Within 30 days of delivery (DOA/early fault): We cover shipping both ways. We’ll issue a prepaid label or send an advance replacement with a return satchel.
  • After 30 days: You cover shipping to us for assessment. If the claim is approved (covered fault), we cover the return shipping within NZ/AU.
  • No-fault-found / excluded: Return shipping is at the customer’s cost; we can provide a paid repair/replacement quote if available.
    This Care+ cover is separate from (and in addition to) your consumer law rights and our 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from original purchase.


10) Returns

 

  • Care+ membership fees: non-refundable once billed.
  • Retail returns of unopened/unused items follow our standard 30-day returns policy (not applicable to scheduled Care+ shipments already dispatched).


11) Programme changes & termination

 

  •  We may update Care+ or these T&Cs; material changes will be notified ≥30 days in advance.
  • We may suspend or cancel a membership for fraud, abuse, or non-payment.
