Care+ is a monthly membership that ships 1 replacement head every 3 months (dentist recommended cadence) and covers repair/replace of your handle while your membership is active. You’ll get a monthly membership receipt; a shipping email goes out on delivery months.

When will my first replacement head arrive?

By default it’s scheduled for ~3 months after purchase. We usually dispatch ~10 days earlier to allow for delivery time.

Can I pause or cancel Care+ Membership ?

The toothbrush battery lasts up to 60 days on a full charge, based on twice daily brushing.
