When will my first head arrive?

Usually about 3 months after you join (or 3 months from your last head). We post ~10 days earlier to allow for delivery time.

Who is the Crescent Care+ Plan for?

Anyone looking for hassle-free, sustainable oral care. It’s perfect for busy individuals, families, or anyone who wants to make a small but impactful step towards sustainability.

Can I cancel Crescent Care+ Plan?

Yes, Crescent Care is flexible, and you can cancel anytime.

However, continuous subscription is required to unlock full benefits, such as complimentary brush heads and ongoing warranty extension. Please see Care+ Membership T&C for details.

What happens if my toothbrush stops working?

If your toothbrush stops working for any reason, simply contact us, and we’ll fix or replace it free of charge while your Care+ Membership is active, please see Care+ Membership T&C's for details.

Do the heads fit other electric toothbrushes?

No. Our replacement heads are designed for Crescent Nest handles only.
